Hi, I’m Jenn Christian, your Car Seat Momma

I'm a mom of three who has always been drawn to all things early childhood and child safety. I started my career as a Head Start teacher and have dabbled in just about every field out there since: nanny and house manager, ABA therapist, therapeutic mentor, foster parent and foster parent liaison, just to name a few.

In 2017 I took my collective love and became a Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST), certified by Safe Kids Worldwide. For five years I volunteered my skills and knowledge, helping anyone I could with their car seat needs. In the summer of 2022, I listened to my friends and family, threw myself into the arms of EforAll Cape Cod, and launched Car Seat Momma as an official business.

In 2024, we took the leap and became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so we could do even more: free car seat checks, community education, and getting safe seats to families who need them across Barnstable County. I also earned my CPST-Instructor certification, the highest credential in child passenger safety, which means I now get to train the next generation of technicians too.

When I'm not tightening seatbelts, you can usually find me at home with my husband, kids, and our Great Dane, out exploring the natural world Cape Cod has to offer, or eating ice cream at Smitty's, Par-Tee Freeze, or Smugglers. Your girl LOVES ice cream!
